Flashback Friday: Rhea’s 2014 Feature in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

In October of 2014, Rhea president and co-founder, Marcy Johnson was interviewed by Len Boselovic of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette to discuss Rhea’s path to success. The article covers how Marcy came to be an engineer and the opportunities that she (and Rhea) took advantage of in order to grow as a business, support Rhea’s employees, and encourage hands-on leadership at Rhea.

From the interview:

Although she likes being president, Ms. Johnson is still an engineer at heart. Rhea’s size gives her the opportunity to be one from time to time.

“When you’re an engineer, it bothers you when you can’t do engineering,” she said. “I like this size because I’m still doing some projects here and there.”
